Submit A Support Request

How do I submit a support request?

If you are unable to find any solutions to any issues or have any questions regarding your account, virtual receptionists, telephone answering services or anything that hasn't been addressed here:

Step 1: Go to officeearth.com. At the top of the homepage, click Customer Login.

Step 2: Enter your login details and click Log In. You will be directed to your personal Account Dashboard.

Step 3: Mouse over the More menu at the top of the Account Dashboard. Select Support.

​​​​​​​Step 4: In the text area below, express any concerns, ask any questions, bring to our attention any issues you have. Click Submit Ticket. The team at OfficeEarth will respond and rectify any issues as soon as possible.
