Google Calendar Integration?
At OfficeEarth, we want things to be as simple as possible so that our customers don’t have to do any of the hard work themselves. That’s what we’re here for. If you are a user of Gmail, you're in luck. OfficeEarth offers Google Calendar integration. That means that you can link your Gmail account up within a certain call group so that our virtual receptionists can input specific bookings and schedules directly into your Google Calendar for you.
How do I use Google Calendar Integration?
Step 1: Go to officeearth.com. At the top of the homepage, click Customer Login.
Step 2: Enter your login details and click Log In. You will be directed to your personal Account Dashboard.
Step 3: Mouse over the Settings menu at the top of your Account Dashboard. Click Call Groups.
Step 4: Refer to Call Groups for more information on call groups themselves. Click a specific rule within a specific call group and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Under 'Calendar Management', click Login. A separate prompt will pop up, allowing you to log into Google Calendar with your Gmail account.
Step 5: Once you have logged in with your Gmail account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Rule.
